- Make appointment for new and existing patients and verify insurance.
- Greet patients on arrival.
Check them in for appointment.
- Collect payments that are due at time of service.
- Enter insurance payments or patient copays that may come in by mail daily.
- Send claims for patients seen via electronic claim in software or by mail on a a daily basis - Send estimation of benefits on patient's behalf, file and store along with returned claims - Bill patients monthly using computer software.
