Stanhope, NJ Stanhope, NJ Temporary Part-time Temporary Part-time $150 - $300 a day $150 - $300 a day 15 hours ago 15 hours ago 15 hours ago JAM Catering's Site Supervisor manages property and the event space in order to ensure the event is set up properly and runs smoothly until completion.
The site supervisor will report to the JAM Venue Manager.
This position is located at Waterloo Village.
The ideal candidate will have open weekend availability.
Candidate's that can work during the weekdays will also be able to pick up an extra 6-8 hours on site during the week.
Responsibilities:
Arrival 4.
5 hours before the start of the event to ensure that facilities are prepared for the planned party that day.
Set up direction signage, gate coned off, linens to designated areas, tables and chairs set up for count and floorplan Ensure cleanliness/ comfortability (AC/heat) of all facilities that are to be used during the event.
Including cleaning of bathrooms, temperature control, music volume, etc Set up/ breakdown ceremony equipment, venue lighting, help transport guests via golf cart, help pack guest's personal inventory into vehicle at end of night.
Complete final walk through of the building at end of night.
Lock doors and gate.
More duties as needed in order to ensure the venue property is taken care of and the event is executed properly.

Excellent verbal communication skills The ability to work/ think independently Must be available to work all day on weekends for shifts that last about 12-14 hours.
Must be able to stand, lift, and walk for the length of a shift.
